How long does it take to deliver the goods?

Delivery within the Slovak Republic is within 2 working days of dispatch. Next business day express delivery.

Within the Czech Republic 4-7 working days from dispatch.

How much does it cost to deliver the goods?

What happens if I don't pick up my order?

Your package will be sent back to us and we will try to contact you as soon as possible.

How can I pay?

You can pay via online payment or when picking up the shipment.

Can I change my order after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible through our contact form and we will try to help you solve your problem.

The payment did not go through, what to do?

It's a common problem that can happen to anyone. If you did not receive a confirmation email, it means that your payment did not go through. A payment in progress on your card only means that the system has tried to charge your purchase. Please be patient in this case and the billing should disappear within 48 hours, if it does not disappear then contact us via our contact form.

How many days do I have to return the goods?

14 days from the delivery of the goods.

What documents do I need for a claim?

The number of the proof of purchase or the order number and the accompanying letter in which you describe the defect in detail and provide your contact information.

How long does the return process take?

7-14 days. After receiving the returned goods, we will try to solve your return as soon as possible and inform you about the process by email.

I received a bad/damaged product, what should I do?

You can return the goods within 14 days. In the cover letter, describe in detail the malfunction of the product.
